Bali, one of the top tourist destination on this island which is known as the ‘Island of the Gods’ is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Bali of Indonesia is a perfect surfer’s paradise if you are looking for a beach holiday. There is no other better place than this beautiful island.  An island destination rich in natural beauty, culture, and history, there is something for everyone in Bali. Hikers can trek up volcanic peaks and to misty waterfalls, Surfers come for the legendary swells and cyclists can bike through the landscapes of rice terraces and traditional villages.  In short, whatever you want to do, you will probably find it in Bali and you can easily spend a month here and still only see a fraction of the sights on offer.   • Go Dive in Kuta

If you are a surfer or just a person who loves sitting on the beach and sunbathing then this is a place you wouldn't want to miss. The beach sits across from a sandbar which means it has rolling surf that is free of any sharp reefs and you can rent a board here and sign up for a surf lesson or rent a bodyboard if you want to try something a little less difficult. Tourist most often comes to chill and relax as they watch the sunset.

 

  • Ubud Monkey Forest.

Ubud Monkey Forest, also known as the Sacred Monkey Forest of Padangtegal, is a temple, a lush forest, and a natural habitat for hundreds of monkeys and one of Ubud’s most popular attractions. Besides watching playful monkeys in their natural habitat, lazing along pathways or feeding on bananas, swinging through canopies, the site offers cool walks along paved pathways through a leafy forest. Those staying outside of Ubud and coming for a day tour usually have the Ubud Monkey Forest as a must-visit, combined with sightseeing highlights at the Ubud Royal Palace and shopping sprees through the expansive Ubud Art Market, all only a 10-minute drive away.

 

  • Tegallalang and Jatiluwih Rice Terraces in Bali

If you are one of those who liked being clicked or like to click and seeking to capture Bali's beautiful emerald-hued rice fields, the Tegallalang or Jatiluwih rice terraces are a must-see. About a 30-minute drive north of Ubud, Tegallalang Rice Terraces are one of the most famous areas to photograph these iconic landscapes and absorb their timeless beauty. The high roadside location is cool and breezy and it is a well-known spot for tourists to stop and take photos. Painters and nature lovers also enjoy visiting this spot, and there are numerous art stalls and cafes near the ledge offering their ware.

 

  • Bali Safari and Marine Park

Bali Safari & Marine Park offers a fun day out and serves as one of the island’s largest and most visited animal theme parks.  Enjoy watching fascinating elephant talent shows, get cuddly with baby orangutans, riding on a safari bus to visit the animals, and view baby sharks at the aquarium.

There are around  80 species and around 400 specimens from three regions - Indonesia, India and Africa, including black bucks, African hippos, zebras, spotted deer, Himalayan bears, nilgai, baboons, blue wildebeests, camels, ostriches, and lions. The most epic on display is the legendary Indian white tigers. Guests board safari buses to travel through different areas of the park. Families travelling with children are sure to have a great time at the adjacent water and amusement parks.
